Neues Backup-Namensschema in .gitignore

Der Prod-Spiegel vom 08.09. heisst 2026-09-08_bebop-backup und faellt
nicht unter bebop_database_*. Er lag ungeschuetzt im Arbeitsverzeichnis
und traegt Rollen samt Passworthashes.
